I began working with Nate Moore a few years ago for the sole purpose of losing an extreme amount of weight. At the time I began working with Nate, I weighed in at 230 lbs and after 16 months, I was down to 125 lbs. Prior to working with Nate I had joined several other gyms and always found myself getting bored and losing all motivation very quickly, which resulted in not returning. Every single one of Nate’s training sessions are exciting and he always provides new fun ways of challenging yourself, regardless of your fitness level. My 12 year old son takes boxing lessons with Nate Moore. My son has not historically enjoyed sports of any kinds, and getting enough physical activity for him has been a huge challenge for our family. But the boxing sessions with Nate Have completely turned this around. For whatever reason, boxing is the sport that clicks most for my child- but it still could have gone poorly without the right trainer. Nate is encouraging and patient but also pushes my son enough that he makes progress. It’s a delicate balance and very hard to do well, especially with kids who feel unsure about their physical abilities. My son not only enthusiastically goes to his boxing sessions every week, he’s taken up jogging to improve his conditioning for boxing. This is a kid who would have insisted that he’s not athletic just a few weeks ago!

Combo Circuit is probably the most effective and amazing workout available. It has transformed me into significantly better shape, while improving my endurance, coordination, athleticism, and health. I have also found that the program has even improved my work life as I feel less tired, more alert, and better optimized for my high intensity job. Nate is a wealth of information and Movement. I started working with him a few years ago, first as a personal trainer, later as a martial arts instructor, for my now 7 year old. I have trained with Nate for a couple of years now and love his teaching style! He is a wealth of knowledge and is passionate in what he does. My brother had 2 bulged discs in his back and could barely walk. I sent him Nates movement work outs and he made a full recovery after surgery and told me he is in the best shape of his life. Wow! Best workout of my life. Nate is absolutely phenomenal! I have found my new routine. This is working, it is fun, always changing and definitely challenging. I dropped 20 lbs and went from a womens size 10 to size 4 in less than 4 months doing Combat Circuit 2-3 days a week. I am a full-time working mom with 3 kiddos and I’m happy to say that I was able to shed off all baby weight gain and did not drastically change or eliminate anything from my diet.
